OK folks... got a doozie for you today. I had this one for the first time 2 summers ago living on Nantucket Island, and I CAN'T GET IT OFF MY MIND!! I decided we need to mix this one up this weekend. You should too...you'll thank me for it!
Nantucket Creamsicle
1 shot Orange Vodka (I like Triple Eight Orange Vodka from Nantucket)
1 shot Vanilla Vodka (again, I like Triple Eight Vanilla Vodka from Nantucket)
2 shots Ginger ale or cream soda
Splash of orange juice
Combine Blend all in a martini shaker over ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with Orange rind!
